On Thursday, March 23, 2017 at The Q’la, Near Qutub Minar, New Delhi. A curated experience, Closeted Conversations…Let’s Start Talking Again, will explore the central idea through the following broad segments breaking stereotypes: Women @ Work: Two Sides Of A Coin Women of Substance The inspiration for this conference came when the committee through conversations with the larger network saw a need to address issues that people feel hesitant to talk about lest they be judged. The pressure to fit into the social mould and to keep the public face intact tends to make people stifle thoughts and situations that they are dealing with often alone. The aim of this conference is to give a voice to some of these issues. The event will showcase speakers from different walks of life, who will elaborate on the theme of the conference by drawing on their personal and professional life experiences. Through their 20 minute segment, the speakers will inspire the target audience, which includes men and women hailing from an expansive array of social and professional fields, who are lifelong learners seeking to explore their identity and change mindsets in a rapidly evolving society.
