A committee of ten people from various spheres such as business, design, public relations, education and law curate each conference, workshop and course offered.
Urvashi was educated at Welham Girls High School, at Rishi Valley (The Krishnamurti Foundation School) and then at Lady Shri Ram College with a BA (Honours) in Commerce after which she went back to Kathmandu to manage the family business, Nepal Gas Industries. During her time in Nepal, she also helped manage three successful election campaigns for her father, a prominent politician and Leader of his party in Nepal. In 1996, Urvashi married Shiv and relocated to Moscow. Urvashi is interested in child psychology and education. She is a Trustee of The Global Education & Leadership Foundation (tGELF), an initiative of the Khemka Foundation whose mission is to nurture young students and to foster in them value based leadership qualities. She is a Founder Member of The Shift Series, an organization whose mission is to inspire passion, encourage innovation and out of the box thinking through conferences and online workshops.
