Coach Denesha Bailey is a Jamaican-born self-made millionaire, entrepreneur and business coach. She was partially raised in the rural community of Copperwood, Clarendon, where early lessons in resilience, discipline, and resourcefulness shaped her long-term perspective on growth and stability.

She is the creator of The Consistency Replacement Framework (CRF), the system at the center of this book.

Denesha holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Spanish and a Master's degree in Human Resource Development (Training and Development).
