Coach Denesha Bailey is a Jamaican-born self-made millionaire, entrepreneur and business coach. She was partially raised in the rural community of Copperwood, Clarendon, where early lessons in resilience, discipline, and resourcefulness shaped her long-term perspective on growth and stability.
She is the creator of The Consistency Replacement Framework (CRF), the system at the center of this book.
Denesha holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Spanish and a Master's degree in Human Resource Development (Training and Development). Her academic background in leadership development, adult learning, and performance systems directly informs the structured frameworks she teaches.
Denesha is also a senior leader within the global travel network-marketing industry, where she has built an extensive international business and led large teams across multiple countries. Her organization spans diverse markets and operates on structured growth models designed for scale. Her leadership centers on duplication systems, operational discipline, and long-term income stability rather than short-term motivation.
